* Shipping fees and sales tax are not counted towards the merchandise subtotal. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Free 2-Day Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.

* Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM EST. If the order is placed before 1:00 PM EST, use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 1:00 PM EST, add one additional day. We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
^ We cannot guarantee delivery dates for expedited shipping methods on clearance merchandise, because clearance merchandise is in very limited supply and may take additional days to process and ship. Item must be in stock. Pre-order and backorder items will ship on or about their expected ship date. There is a small chance that certain preorders or backorders may be cancelled, based on demand, in which case a refund will be issued the same day the order is canceled. Refunds usually reflect in 3–5 business days.
Where We Ship
United States (48 contiguous States)
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. The cost for standard shipping is only $7.95 for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States, and shipping is FREE on orders of $95 or more. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after they are placed, unless the items are preorder or backorder. Preorder and backorder items ship on or about the date mentioned on the product page. Orders in the continental US ship via UPS and arrive within 3–7 business days unless Two Day or Next Day shipping was selected.
Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS and arrive within 7 business days.
Shipping Procedures
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped, including the UPS tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime by visiting My Account › My Orders.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases as efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
There are two easy ways to track your order:
- Log in to My Account › My Orders, choose the order you'd like to view, and select the tracking option.
- Use the UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, sent when all or part of your order ships.
Delivering Your Package
- We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information).
- Most items are available to ship in 2 business days unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Cancellations
If your order includes pre-order items, there is a small chance that certain preorders may be cancelled based on demand. You will receive a cancellation email if your order will not be shipped.
