Return Policy
RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery, except for clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain a return authorization using the Return Center. Triumphshops Returns
Return via mail:
You can print a shipping label and drop off your return at location. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent delays in processing your refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days from the time the return label is issued. Start by visiting our Master eCommerce Returns with Loop Returns.
Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization, as your package may be sent back to you.
Please Note:

Clearance items and specially marked items may not be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Defective Merchandise: Virtueflow LLC guarantees against manufacturer’s defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you believe your item is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing customerservice@triumphshops.com or via live chat.
Third-Party Purchases: Virtueflow LLC merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
